Hi folks. I am new around here, and just wanted to say hello.
My parents recently a purchased hot tub, and am starting to have some problems with it, and am learning just how great all these "industry leaders" really are when it comes time to stand behind their product.

I just purchased a new tub last week, and wanna know what i might be in for!
